Personnel management system requires new solution on developing the abilities of banking specialists and intensification of their work activities, learning of innovative technologies, and increasing authority and responsibility. Main objectives of the personnel policy are to provide highly skilled personnel and establish core team. To achieve these objectives bank performs the following tasks:
Provision of highly skilled personnel:
• examination of the demand for personnels, forecasting, creating the system of the staff selection;
• formation of the reserve, the planning of the advance in office of personnel;
• professional training of the personnel
Improvement of motivation system:
• encouragement and advance in the office personnel, who contributes to the bank development;
• optimization of the bank structures, increasing the level of the methodological work
• development of a working strategy with personnel;
Corporate culture improvements:
• providing personnel with information to improve corporate culture of a comprehensive program;
• improvements on socio-psychological environment of the bank;
Optimization of the personnel policy and improvements of its mechanisms directly linked to the high-quality and efficient implementation of each personnel, advance in working activities, with qualification upgrade, and formation of the personnel management reserve
During 2007 it is performed a number of works on human resources. Particularly, during 2017 11 young specialists with special secondary and higher education have been recruited by committee, organized to select highly-skilled personnel, the formation of core team and recruitment of young professionals who are graduates of educational institutions specialized on banking and finance sphere, .
Main objectives of PJSCB “Ravnaq bank” in the implementation of personnel policy are provision with highly qualified personnel, improvement of motivation system and corporate culture. Special attention of the bank will be given to attraction of young specialists who are graduated from Tashkent financial institute, Tashkent state university of economics and other higher institutions.
In order to identify highly-qualified personnel and formation of core team in 2017 the bank provided 20 job places for candidates with higher and secondary professional education.
Currently 24 staff members of The Academy of Publick Administration Under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bankinkg and Finance Academy,Regional Banking Education Center,Center of Initiating Syndicated Loan, National Center of training specialists in the stock market,International Center of Financial and Economic development of Uzbekistan and the other educational institutions have been trained in order to improve knowledge. In addition, 11 staff members are studying in different higher educational institutions.
Currently in the system of the bank created all conditions for work activities of the personnel, the system of recreation organization during the leave period and recovery of health has been established. There are effective social support based on a social contract, signed by employer, employee and trade union committee.
