Leasing – is a special type of leasing relationship in which one party (the lessor - the Bank), on behalf of the other party (the lessee) acquires property (leasing object) from the third party (the seller) and leases it to the lessee for a fee determined by such agreement conditions for possession and use for a period exceeding 12 (twelve) months.
The object of leasing can be any non-consumable fixed assets, including enterprises, property complexes, buildings, structures, equipment, vehicles, agricultural machinery, equipment for processing agricultural products and other movable and immovable property used for entrepreneurial activities, except for land and other natural objects, as well as property for which the law prohibits free circulation or establishes a special procedure for treatment.
Leasing services are provided to financially sustainable economic entities and only to customers who have major deposit accounts on demand at Ravnaq Bank.
Basic conditions:
- term of leasing - from 1 to 3 years;
- the interest rate is 26-28% per annum;
- the amount of leasing - based on the terms of the project;
- provision - in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
